Trying to publish my updated website in RW6. When I hit ‘Publish’, everything gets exported and then a message comes up - ‘Couldn’t find your FTP password’.
In my ‘Publishing Setup’ the password is missing, when I type it in, I get a message ’ Couldn’t save your FTP password. Your Keychain could not be opened to save your password, please try again.’
It’s definitely the correct password, and always worked before and was in the (now blank) space.
I’ve been into Keychain Access and each of the different dates for my website passwords has ‘Allow all applications to access this item’. I’ve tried adding RW6 to the ‘Always allow access by these applications’ and saving it, but the problem persists.
I’m tearing my hair out. I know very little about FTP protocol. Can anyone help??
