Thank you so much for all your input and time and thoughts. Good news: ChilliDog was able to solve the issue. For your info: this is what they wrote to me…

zozobanana.com is blank because the index.php is blank. Simply delete it from the server and leave the index.html file alone. RapidWeaver is uploading an index.html file. When you delete the index.php file, zozobanana.com will work properly. No changes in your settings are required. I only told you what I and recommend use for a publishing path which is public_html/ . This is a RapidWeaver bug, not a hosting issue or something you’ve done. Simply delete the index.php file on the server inside the public_html/ folder.

I think there will be more…
The page needed php because of PageSafe I didn’t see anything else on the page that would need that in your screen grab but a couple areas were collapsed.
Either way, it should work with php extension anyway.
Hopefully this is behind you, but don’t hold your breath.

Well, as per Chilly’s advice I have removed all the Filenames and let RW do the work. So far so good. Thanks again Scott.
