How to create this effect?

I like the progress-bar effect on this page:

I really like knowing, as I scroll down the page, how far along I am and how much there is left to read. As you scroll down that page, the progress bar pops up at the top of the page to do that.

Is there a way to create that effect in RapidWeaver?

Don’t think there is a stack for this but you should be able to achieve something similar to your example by adding some code to your page yourself. An example of the required code is here: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_scroll_indicator.asp
