How to learn RapidWeaver

I have never used RapidWeaver and have no idea where to start. I have used Sandvox (out of business) and Sparkle (a nightmare if you need to do updates on a regular basis). I tried the first Realmac tutorial and it quickly jumped to Stacks? and Foundry? in about 30 seconds. Is there a basic video or written tutorial for getting started with RapidWeaver 8?
