How to upload mpeg.4 to web page using RW6

Would like to learn how to embed a mpeg4 in to a web page using RW6. Thanking those in advance for helping me.

If you want it to play from your site, you could do a lot worse than embedding it in one of many good audio Stacks available.

Are you asking for Audio or Video. There are a lot of different stacks that can do it. I do support for Joe Workman, and he has the HTML5 Audio Stack for audio and the HTML5 Video stack for video. Either of those will allow you to get your file on the web.
