Thanks again. Really appreciate all the help and advice. I will continue to develop my website and knowledge. Simon
OK, so when you click on the Browse button in Publishing, do you see the server and the file structure?
Yes I can see file structure, but not sure what âserverâ looks like
A screenshot please?
Well, that looks good to me and I can see your website files there so you must have uploaded at some point.
If you still canât upload using RW then the only other thing I can suggest is that you have completely filled the hosting space allocated to you by 123. If there isnât any free space then you canât upload anything else by FTP.
Back to 123 to ask the question unless you have some sort of cPanel (control panel) where you can see what space you have remaining.
Thanks. So may be try 123 or make it smaller.
Si
Making it smaller wonât help if there isnât any space to upload it. RW never deletes anything from the server, so you may have loads of old content, images etc there.
So am I asking 123 to delete old content
You can delete it yourself using Filezilla. Be careful though, just delete things you recognise like RW pages and images in the public_html folder.
Thanks very much. I am contact 123 and will try using FileZilla if I donât get anywhere with them. Again thanks for all the help.
You could also try reducing the âconnectionsâ to 1. In the early days, I had problems publishing, and this fixed things for me.
YMMV.
Thanks, I tried that and had same issue.
Thanks everyone, I have been able to publish my RW website, no thanks to 123. Iâm not sure but think there wasnât enough space and took your advice to compress images.
I really appreciated your advice and effort.
Glad you got that sorted Simon
