I was looking at this slider,

and was impressed… I’m wondering do I need Foundation to run it?
Also it says videos don’t show on mobile… but will the pictures show between them?

You don’t need Foundation for Impact to work, it should be fine on any framework/theme.
Afraid I don’t know about the mobile question.
