Issue with Yuzoolthemes - Slide Stack

I everybody, I just bought Yuzoolthemes - Slide Stack and the images don’t appears. Is anyone using it without any problems ? And what can I do if the issue can’t be fixed ?

I tested withe RW 6.3.8 and a Mac running OSX 10.9.5
