Not really. You can sort of do it by reducing the no of Main Content columns to - for example - 4 and increasing the no of Sidebar Columns to 8, but I think it’ll cause more problems than it solves.
The alternative is to hide the sidebar completely and then use the Stacks plugin. Then you can use column stacks to create something that behaves like a main content area and a sidebar and put the sidebar on the left.
