Phishing/Spam email from Realmac?

Just want to verify the legitimacy of this email supposedly from “Realmac Software,” from whom I’ve bought about every software title they’ve ever published, including Squash 3 just last week.

I’ve been subscribed to their email newsletters for 10+ years and today I was sent multiple emails to “confirm my subscription” or I would be dropped as a subscriber?

This seems really, really odd — especially since I just sent Dan and Aaron a personal note after buying Squash 3 — and they both personally responded to me with thanks for my note.

That’s legitimate. We’ve moved to a new newsletter company (ConvertKit) and needed to “clean” our contacts list. We’ve got 10+ years of newsletter subscribers and a lot are now old addresses or people that don’t want to hear from us.
