Problem with form base

Hi Everybody
I have some contact forms on my website (4 to be exact) and they are not working as they should.

When somebody fills out a form, the only thing I get is an “undelivered email” from my website provider(see attachment). But those are not consistent either. Some forms give me that result others do not.

I’ve contacted the webprovider to get them to help me set up SMTP server (see attachment). They have confirmed that the data is correct (I removed the password for the screenshot). When I use this option I don’t receive any emails at all (not even the email undelivered from before)

Can any of you help me to what may be that cause of this?

@Ferris Hi, DMARC policy is a protocol that controls the original domains of emails. Here the email is not recognized as coming from the same domain as the site. This is why it is refused by the server. Check in the configuration that you use an email address belonging to the same domain as the site for sending the form and not an external address. Hope that will help you. :crossed_fingers:
