RapidWeaver Program breaks down, when i will upload changes.
I have to restart it and can not upload anymore. short: it crashes.
I’m using RapidWeaver Version 7.5.5 (18814)
with Gallery Stack, version 3.5.4
on MacOS 10.12.6
i use RapidWeaver it since many years.
Crashing can happen for all sorts of reasons – so it’s probably impossible to say what might be the matter without a bit more info. The good news is that RapidWeaver provides a lot more info when things crash. If you provide that here (or to Realmac or YourHead support) we can help you get to the bottom of it.
there is no crash report . RapidWeaver crashes, without anything.
Maybe crashes is the wrong word, i only se the waiting sign. hours.
i let it stay in the ‘mood’ and nothing happens, for hours.
only MacOs tells me, no reaction with RapidWeaver .
Where can i find the ’ something went wrong ’ bottom ?
This sort of “crash” is usually referred to as a “hang” or the BBoD (Beach Ball of Death ).
Or simply, “I had to Force Quit the app when it became unresponsive.”
In this case you often see a message about the Force Quit when you relaunch the application. However if you don’t, then the next step is probably to send the project file to a support email for them to have a look at. With a little luck they may be able to duplicate the problem on their support machine with your file and give you more detailed info about what’s going on and how to fix it.
Probably a good idea to read through the FAQs on the support page – just to see if any of those solutions can help – it’s always much quicker and easier to do that.
If you believe the problem is RW related send to them. If you think it’s particular to Stacks send to us. If you’re not sure, just pick one – we’ll get it sorted out in the end.
