I wish you well. It’s just that I’ve been through this cycle a few times before, and I won’t be participating in yet another attempt at ‘renewal’. As co-owner I hope you made yourself aware of his recent track record and reputation before you decided to involve yourself with his business. And I seriously do wish you luck! I’ve found everything I could ever need with Foundry, Stacks4Stacks, One Little Designer and Doobox. Really broad set of stacks between them all and the most stellar and impossibly great support as well, especially from Adam and Will.
Thank you. There are a lot of good people and good software products within the rapidweaver community and we respect that. Kind regards.
I’m not questioning other people’s experiences but I’d like to say that I’ve always found Yuzool very helpful.
OK I bought the SiteLok stack… hope that’s the right one… didn’t receive a receipt by email… just a Joe Workman welcome to weaver message (whatever weaver is)
And i’m looking now for any video tutorial to set it up? Is this available or only written manual?
BTW I bought Foundry … I hope thats ok… It does work with Foundry as well right?
Weaver’s Space is my company. It’s the website that you bought the Sitelok stacks from. Did you see the video tutorials on my Sitelok page? Sitelok itself does have a manual. You can get that from their website.
Sitelok and my Sitelok stacks work in any theme.
AH! OK sorry… doing too many things at once here… scrolled down
OK first thing on installing talks about the: “sitelokpw.zip file to your PC and find the file called slconfig.php in the slpw folder.” … I got a mac… the only file I downloaded was a zip file and in that was:
Hope I got the right thing here…
Did you also buy sitelok? Not just the stacks but the sitelok product talked about multiple times above.
OK thats what I was trying to ask. It’s really hard to understand this:
You may not be reading closely enough. To use the Sitelok stacks you need to purchase Sitelok. Sitelok itself is a fantastic product.
What does that mean bro? You’re not saying you have to buy two separate things, you’re not linking to something. and then I ask:
All I see is the stack for 40$ where is the “sitelok itself” that is another 40$?
Also any idea why Foundation has a Sitelok stack and the Sitelok stack by itself is also sold separately?
And I get this:
In a previous post (scroll up) I gave the link to the Sitelok product. It is made by Vibralogix
I had no idea Foundation comes with a Sitelok stack. Maybe those stacks are sold seperately. I don’t know. Doesn’t seem likely but could be wrong.
That doesn’t answer my question.
SO AGAIN I will ask simply and HOPE this time I can get a DIRECT SIMPLE ANSWER.
All I see is the stack for 40$ where is the other “sitelok product".
A direct link would be FANTASTIC.

And sorry to jump on ya, but you computer guys may not realize you speak a different language from the rest of us (About a million different things being discussed here btw) Sometimes you gotta come out and speak to us other people in plain English.
In the first reply:
Guys…
I asked a simple question.
is (sitelok) the stack for 40$ where is the “sitelok itself” that is another 40$?
Why won’t you guys just give me a simple yes or no answer?
It’s reasonable to assume someone interested in a product would actually take the time to read about the product at the developers site . Joe is very clear here: https://www.weavers.space/stacks/sitelok
Yes it is $40 + $40 for the complete duo of products (as stated earlier in this thread)

THANK YOU. Mathew for capitulating.
If you want to know the truth? It’s not very clear at all.
And as a newbie here who is not a computer expert like probably most here, but not a computer illiterate either. And seeing as how customers have a lot and I mean A LOT of products to go through to find everything we’re looking for.
You guys might wanna take another look at how this is all presented. It’s our money thats going to you’re enterprise. And I’m sure all the rest of your customers get it instantly and love you. All i’m saying is it’s a little bit confusing.
Just a little. And it doesn’t hurt anyone to answer a few simple questions. EVEN if it’s on the site and written in all capital big red flashing letters.
It’s just a human courtesy.
Hi, just to add to the comments so far. Sitelok from Vibralogix is a fantastic product and I have been using it for years. Support from Adrian there is also great. I suggest you install Sitelok, which was recently updated to to V6 first and get used to it as there is a lot in there. The Sitelok manual is very detailed but you only need to read a few sections to get you gaining. Then perhaps consider the Sitelok Stack from Joe W to short cut Sitelok coding on each RW page. I have actually embedded the Sitelok Stack settings in RW via a partial. If you do move down the path of using the Sitelok stack from JW, one tip is to ensure you define the custom install path in the Stack under Sitelok Imports for each RW page. You can get this install path from your version of Sitelok under Configuration > Install paths. This will save a lot of frustration.
??? Well over 90% of the responses on these forums are from folks who use RW but do NOT work for RW. We don’t get paid. We are contributing out of our own generosity. But the quickest way not to get help (now or in the future) is to act up. People choose to help others, they don’t need to. It’s very rare for a RealMac employee to respond on these forums: they do once in awhile, but it’s relatively rare and typically not needed either.
@pacman7293 Also I have to disagree that it’s not clear at all. If you read the relevant page at Joe’s site you see this:
See that Additional Purchase Required area under Key Features? That seems awfully clear. Not sure what more Joe is supposed to do in this case.
Uhm… I just bought both recently. On Weaver’s Space website the 2nd line reads: “The Sitelok stacks allow you to easily integrate Sitelok by Vibralogix into your RapidWeaver projects.” How would you have said it to make it even more obvious?
@pacman7293 EM,
You’re the one who is asking for help here. I understand that you are new and don’t have a technical background, but I don’t think anyone is misleading you here.
Most of the people answering questions on this forum, and this post, aren’t selling you a thing. They are volunteers answering questions from both experienced users and folks new to web development and Rapidweaver.
If you fail to read the responses then don’t try to blame the people who are simply trying to help you find the answers you are looking for.
The first reply to the original post pretty much answered the question.
The link to the SiteLok product page was also clearly shown in the first reply.
Then it was stated again
And again,
Oh and again
Just to add my 2c worth.
I too have sitelok.
I too have had help from Adrian and despite 12 hours difference in time zones he has managed to sort me out every time. With patience and understanding that not all of us are Cyber-Gurus.
Adrian is a real gentleman and I can recommend his product and service. Absolutely. He goes far beyond my expectations. My site
now has a MEMBERS ONLY part, visible only to paid members and fully integrated with paypal, whereby on sign-up, the payment is collected via Paypal OR various cards, and my database adjusted to allow the paid-up member immediate access. Seamlessly.
My requirements are just basic as above, but Sitelok offers much much more.
I have been buying software products since around 1977 and can say without reservation that Adrian & Sitelok are the best combination of product and service I have ever bought.
I’m using sitelok since long time and really appreciate it. Adrian provides SUPER support. I use it for locked pages where subscribers can read reserved docs, upload their own files (linklok is included). I also installed Joe’ sitelok stack and it works OK (even if not mandatory, but one has to configure it manually inside the vibralogix product).
There was once an interesting CRUD stack, but has disappeared …
Another product to consider might be EasyDB, but its setup and configuration is quite cumbersome
