I had installed it a long time ago and the 30 days have already expired.

  1. Child Stacks Only
  2. It was pretty down & dirty, not much to look at (see below)
  3. No - it’s not really a date field - You would set the list filter to “Display Only Future Posts” and use the proper date field to do this.

FYI: You will need a fair bit of CSS to get it to look exactly like your example.
