Make sure that inside the rw_common folder on the server there is the themes folder and that it is not empty. Make a screenshot to show us the contents of that folder.
Looks like files associated with the theme are there, but you got all duplicated in two separate directories. What happens if you retain your published files ONLY within public_html folder and delete them from one level up?
well at least this is a clue - I deleted all but the logs and what’s inside the public_html file per your suggestion and the site completely disappeared from the web.
SOLVED!!! the correct path for dreamhost is home/user/jameswhippleart.com/
