Hi, I am trying to link images to these apptastic page templates, and I am doing it one by one. Meaning putting it into the resources folder for Rapidweaver. Then from the HTML Body stack (1LDesigner) I am linking them one by one with the macro.
Is this the best way to do this, I am entirely new to the website development area?
Ok so I have a html file, and I am using 1LD’s Stack Called HTML BODY, all I am doing is posting html into it and calling in pics, and I was wondering if there was a faster way to do this? Right now I am just linking them one by one, and this will take forever.
As far as I can gather, the HTML Body stack from 1LD is a specialized stack for developers and advanced users rather than for novices.
Plenty of help is available on this forum, but you need to give us more detailed information about what you are trying to accomplish and how did you approach that so far.
If I understood you, you have an html file generated in some external application and now you want to integrate that html with a RW project? In that case, you should use the simple built-in HTML stack. For images, there is also a built-in Image stack. But for more complicated designs, you should consider purchasing much more flexible and feature-rich 3rd party stacks.
Also, be aware, that most layout tasks can be accomplished with wonderful donation-ware stacks from BWD. However, if you decide to go that route, be prepared for a substantial learning curve.
