Text Formatting

A silly question I know, but what the heck.
Since upgrading to Stacks 3 and RW 6.3.3, I can no longer see / find text justification (left, right, centred). If I added a text stack, the icons would show on the tool bar to the left of the Info button.
Is it something that has been removed or can I get it back?
Every time I copy plain text to a Text Stack, it appears in Bold, even though the Styled Text properties says in the inherited properties that it’s Normal (Inherited).
