I recently got asked a very interesting question concerning Stacks, Partials, and how pages are marked as needing to be published, and how they are actually published.
Of course, you can be sure that Stacks and RapidWeaver are working together to do the right thing, minimize the amount needed to upload to your host – but always catching all the changes that do need to be published – but the details of how and why this works the way it it does are… well… complicated.
