Total cms start difficulties

Hello all, I’m having some problems with setting up a newsletter (blog) made with total cms from Joe Workman .

I have a few questions:

1. something is wrong with the domain registration (see attached)

2. should admin pages be put inside page safe?

3. I already use poster stack for a technical blog on this site,
   I would like to use TOTAL CMS so that marketing girls can publish news in total freedom.
   Can poster stack and Total cms coexist or will the php indexes conflict?

4. now the pages of the new news (NEWS1) that will replace the facebook news, are ghost pages,

I did something wrong in the setting, the posts are not being saved.
