What is the upgrade process from 4.3. My OS is Capitain 10.11?
Also I have pulug in Stacks & Blocks but it tells me that they are missing?
There is probably no real upgrade path from 4.3(over ten years old) to 8.5.x. I think you would have to just copy and past from an existing site.
I also don’t know if you can run RW8 with MacOS 10.11?

Thank you. I am aware of the os 10.12. I though perhaps could get the next best upgrade for 10.11
Can I continue with the old version using the stacks and blocks as before?
If the old versions still work, there’s nothing I can think of that would stop you from continue using them.
Of course you probably won’t be able to upgrade your computer or MacOS and still use the older versions.
You’ll also find that an awful lot on the Internet has changed in ten years that the old software won’t do, like mobile browsers and responsive web sites.
