So I have a website that the client is using the WebYep2 Slideshow on their home page and as the slide show scrolls through all the pictures, the stack keeps resizing and page content is bouncing around. Is there any way to limit the resizing to just one height? you can see this happening at www.westfielddaycarecenter.org on the home page.

Looks like it is because you are using different sized images. The height of the slideshow is adjusting to fit the imagery. Some of your images appear to be taller than others.
Try unchecking the Adaptive Height setting and republishing the page:
