Thank you. The page was published by exporting the files to my hard drive, and then transferring them via FTP. I did this for completeness, and as this is a temporary location for the site only. If I publish directly from Rapidweaver, it will overwrite the temporary site/placeholder that I have online. This is why you shouldn’t repost, it looks like it was already pointed out that something was missing from publishing. Now other people trying to help you, are spending their time redoing what has already been pointed out.
