Thanks G. I get the “Since RapidCart Pro 4.5.0, Send Copy To also accepts a comma-separated list of multiple email addresses” part, but I’m still unclear as to where to enter the addresses. Does “Send Copy To” subsection = “From” field? Or “Receive Orders At”? Or where is the “Send Copy To” subsection? Sorry to be incredibly dense with this question - I have a feeling I’m missing something quite obvious. Thanks very much for your patience.
Nope, you’re right. I think we’ve erroneously kept older field name in manual. The field accepting a comma separate list is Email Address for “Receive Orders At”.

AFAIK this setting is not related to stock management. It’s available even when stock management is disabled and is used to set a per-order limit.
If stock management is enabled, customers simply can’t buy more than available stock, regardless of Max Quantity value set.

Is it possible to store customer’s activities in RCP? especially, for validation coupon code. Now using coupon code is open for every customers until "that’ coupon code runs out. I mean if I want to give you specifically 10%off, when logging in using your username and password, only 10 times and automatically cut off on 11th. This can help to up-sales for returning customers that we remember their addresses and orders.

Hi,
I want to report Paypal payment. There was ONE customer called last night saying that they already paid using Paypal that we linked to and they’re hungry waiting for our foods to be delivered. No warning page or something showing that their payment was not successful. I did not receive that order nor payment notification from Paypal on my phone BUT customer got email from my website and order number too. Of course, there is no transaction in database page. This is a case among 30+ customers after I reported you last time.
Why program sent order back to customer even ‘that’ order not successfully paid? I also attach the screenshot of email order sent back to me for ‘normal’ order, not a problem one since I never received it. Order sent to my shop -mc220 and me. Why there’s a customer’s name in Reply-To box? Is this where email automatically sent to customer with and without successfully paid?

“No Image” option is not something we are going to add at the moment.
Product images are used in cart and receipts.
If you really don’t want to show it, just disable gallery visibility in Product settings and use a white or transparent image.
